Blood & Stone in Scotland (Glenhaven Castle Vampire Series Book 1)

Rule #1 of property flipping: Never buy a vacant castle you haven't seen. Rule #2: Make sure the previous owner isn't a vampire. Piper Monroe breaks both. She's now the legal owner of Glenhaven Castle—a breathtaking Scottish estate complete with ancient towers, hidden rooms, secrets--and Lord Tristan Sinclair, who didn't sell. And he's a vampire.
