Description
Eyre, a woman with Crohn's & Endometriosis, decides on a desperate whim to take the first appealing flight. After meeting Darby at the beautiful Cliffs of Moher, he decides to show Eyre the heart of Ireland & in doing so, shows her how much heart she still has left in herself. But Darby has his own demons. Can Ireland truly mend a wounded heart?
