Willie Adams is looking to buy a horse. She never expects to be noticed by two trainers, successful Tyler Ransome, and unscrupulous Bobby Fermino. When Bobby is murdered in her tack room, she meets enigmatic detective Lucas Macy, who considers her the prime suspect, even if he does like her. Can she put romance aside to clear her name?
