Description
When his wife and children die, Viking marauder Brandr sails away on one last voyage. But he ends up shipwrecked on a foreign shore, at the mercy of Avril--a Pictish warrior maid with a grudge against Vikings--and a little girl in need of a father. Avril never imagines her enemy will soon earn her trust, invade her heart, and enthrall her senses.
